WHAT IS WORKSHOP TRAINING?

Workshop training is the practice of sending staff, employees and leaders on regular workshops as part of their individual and collective development; this approach typically focuses on gradual, sequential learning through progressive lessons that build on each previous session or workshop event and challenge attendees to develop.

WHAT IS THE IMPORTANCE OF A WORKSHOP?

A workshop is (typically) a half, full, or two-day event where employees are gathered to acquire or improve new and existing skills. These working sessions often combine theoretical learning and discussions with practical group exercises, and are facilitated by trained experts.
