Redefining Ambition and Finding a Flow State

I think it’s time we redefine ambition, rethink excellence, and start to understand why we are pushing ourselves so hard.
We must ask ourselves why we always feel like we haven’t achieved enough at the end of the day or week.
It’s time to break the cycle of constantly pushing ourselves to do more and be better and instead focus on finding a flow state.
The concept of pushing through barriers and constantly self-deprecating in the name of professionalism and excellence is a form of self-abuse. It’s a result of being addicted to a high beta brainwave, which is driven by a critical voice telling us we’re not good enough.
To find a flow state, we need to approach things differently. It’s about loving and congratulating ourselves, accessing our creativity and lateral thinking, and keeping our nervous system calm and our brains clear. This approach allows us to move faster, make a more significant impact, and enjoy the process.
It’s time to redefine ambition and push ourselves past our comfort zones in a healthier way. Let’s prioritize finding a flow state and accessing our creativity and calmness to achieve our goals.
